The hot days of summer have finally passed (well almost all of them!) The kids are back in school and we are finally settling into a routine again... Or so I think! Does it really have to end? Back to school really means... back to sports,Soccer, softball, roller hockey, coed soccer, mens group, Girl Scouts, youth group.... Geesh! Back to life, back to scheadules. No more lazy days by the pool or backyard BBQ's. We ended Summer with Joaquins first trip to the Beach. After a summer-ful of declines I finally gave in and said yes! Much to my surprise, It winded up being a wonderful relaxing day... Yes, Joaquin ate the sand, yes he cried when his feet touched the water. Yes.. there was sand everywhere! But all in all, it was a great way to end a pleasant summer... family, good friends, easy picnic lunch!
